Important information concerning upgrades
If you currently have a professional version of eMedia 3.x, 4.x or 5.0, read this.
If you already have eMedia 6.0 or 6.10, or if you have a Trial or Standard version of eMedia, this page doesn't apply to you. Click here to
return to the previous page.
The Registration key algorithm has been modified for the new release of
eMedia. Your registration key is no longer available with the new version.
If you install eMedia 6.10 on your computer, the professional version will not
be enabled: you will have a standard version.
But, for a short period, Mediasoft Technologies will offer you the
upgrade of your professional version of eMedia 4.x or 5.x to version 6.10 for free.
To obtain your free activation, just perform the following steps:

Use the eMedia Reinstallation Tool to obtain your Reinstallation key.

Download the eMedia 6.10 installation package, install
the software, then obtain your new Registration key.

Click here to fill the
free upgrade form. You will receive by e-mail your new Activation key.
For detailed instructions, read below:

Download the eMedia Reinstallation Package.

Unzip the package in the eMedia
installation folder where resides your current professional version of eMedia.

Run the eMedia Reinstallation Tool and
obtain your Reinstallation key. The Reinstallation package contains a PDF
document that explains the complete procedure. Don't perform the whole
procedure: stop when you have obtained the Reinstallation key.

Download the new eMedia 6.10
installation package.

Install eMedia 6.10 on your computer.

Launch eMedia, select the "Upgrade"
command from the "Help" menu, and click on the "Register" button. Note your new
Registration key.

Click here
to fill the free upgrade form.

We will send you an e-mail with your
new Activation key. Just enter it in the Registration dialog-box.
